Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Website: https://www.actioncoachingteams.com
Company / Operator: Action Coaching Teams (“ACT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. What we have done
As of the date above, the site’s own pages:
- can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline on whatever has focus and nothing hidden behind the menu bar
- have a “Skip to content” link, a title on every page, and headings that describe each section
- meet WCAG color contrast minimums for text, buttons, form fields and controls
- underline links inside paragraphs, so links do not rely on color alone
- work at 320 pixels wide and with text enlarged to 200% without scrolling sideways
- give form fields labels and the correct input types, mark required fields, and describe errors in text
- turn off entrance animations when your device is set to reduce motion, and move the testimonial slider only when you use its controls
- give the slider’s arrows and dots names that screen readers announce, and hide off-screen slides from them
We test pages with automated checks (axe-core) and by hand, using only a keyboard and at narrow screen widths, as signed-out visitors and as signed-in members.
3. Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from software we configure but do not build: the orientation course (LearnDash), the shop, cart and account pages (WooCommerce), document signing (WP E-Signature) and our forms (Gravity Forms). We corrected the contrast, target size and labeling problems we found in those areas. Their underlying markup is controlled by their vendors, so some issues there may remain.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It usually finishes without any action from you. If it asks for a check you cannot complete, try again in another browser or on another device, then tell us about the problem through our contact form so we can fix it.
Some older PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully accessible. We will send an accessible version on request.
4. Feedback and help
If any part of this website is hard to use, or you would like information in a different format, please use our contact form to tell us which page and what you were trying to do.
We will reply and work with you to provide what you need.
