3. Coaching Disclaimer
Action Coaching Teams is a peer coaching and accountability program. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and we do not guarantee any business, financial, personal, or relationship outcome.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, well-being, and results. If you need medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice, you should consult an appropriate licensed professional.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency services provider immediately.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Participant results vary. Because success depends on many factors outside our control, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, progress, revenue, performance, productivity, personal development, or any other result.
Testimonials or examples presented on the website or in our materials are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
5. Registration and Account Information
You may be required to provide contact, billing, and other information to register for a program or membership.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
We may refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe information is inaccurate, misleading, or used in violation of these Terms.
6. Payments, Billing, Renewals, and Refunds
Fees
Fees for memberships, programs, events, or other services will be listed at the time of purchase or communicated to you in writing.
By purchasing, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees, taxes, and any approved recurring charges.
Recurring Billing
If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Refund Policy
Unless a different refund policy is stated in writing for a specific offering, all payments are non-refundable once the applicable service period has started.
If you cancel a recurring membership, your cancellation will stop future renewals, but amounts already paid are not refundable unless required by law.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your access, or terminate your participation until your account is brought current.
7. Participant Conduct
Because ACT is a group-based program, respectful participation is essential.
You agree not to:

harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or intimidate others
-
disrupt meetings, discussions, or group processes
-
repeatedly dominate discussions in a way that undermines the group experience
-
share unlawful, infringing, obscene, discriminatory, or harmful content

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate participation if your conduct is disruptive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
8. Group Confidentiality
We encourage all participants to treat what others share in meetings and communities as confidential.
However, because ACT involves multiple participants, we cannot guarantee that other members will maintain confidentiality. By participating, you acknowledge that you share information at your own discretion and risk.
You agree not to disclose another participant’s private or sensitive information outside the group without their permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Session Recordings and Communications
We may record trainings, webinars, or meetings for quality, training, operational, archival, or member-access purposes unless we state otherwise.
By participating in any recorded session, you consent to such recording and to our use of the recording in connection with operating and improving the services.
You may not record sessions, screenshots, audio, video, or participant discussions without our prior written consent.

we discontinue the applicable service
-
we believe termination is necessary to protect the program, participants, or our business

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
