This is an Orientation to the Action Coaching Teams program. It consists of reading material, a video, quiz and an intro call with a team leader. It teaches everything you need to know to be an effective ACT Participant, including the basics of the ACT Coaching Model, logistics, and answers to common questions.
It will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete. You do not need to complete it all in one session but you do need to complete the reading, video and quiz prior to the intro call with your team leader.
